Wellington Championship Team’s Parade & Recognition Ceremony
Wellington invites the community to come out for a celebratory parade and ceremony recognizing our Wellington Little League Intermediate All Stars team and Wellington Wild ‘01 Softball team for their national titles!
The activities take place on Saturday, August 29, 2015 and will kick off with a parade at 7:30 p.m. beginning at Montauk Drive, next to Wellington’s Village Hall, and ending at the Wellington Amphitheater, 12100 Forest Hill Boulevard. The parade will be followed immediately with a recognition ceremony at the Wellington Amphitheater, after which The Turnstiles are set to perform a Billy Joel Tribute Concert, starting at 8:00 p.m.
